Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, please contact us at _____ within fourteen days of delivery.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within thirty days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
